A Savory Full Breakfast Served Daily

A delightful breakfast is included with your stay to get you started for your day. Each evening you will receive a list of menu choices and your breakfast will be ready at whatever time you choose between 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. If your arrangements require a different dining time just let us know and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule.

Kitchen Facilities – Salsa, Chips and Southwestern Flavors

Your fridge comes stocked with fresh coffee, beverages and seasonal fruits to enjoy during your stay. We also supply a large reservoir of Reverse Osmosis water and ice in your casita. You may want to try your hand at creating Southwestern cuisine. You’ll find plenty to work with at Trader Joes, Whole Foods or even the local Albertson’s in Santa Fe. Stock up and give it a try, when you stay in the Santa Fe Casita, where a full kitchen is available. (The Old West Casita has a galley-style kitchen with a smaller fridge and a coffee maker.)

Santa Fe and Turquoise Trail Offer World Class Dining Options

Madrid, NM Dining – 3 Miles Up the Road
The artistically restored mining town of Madrid, New Mexico is home to a number of unique and delicious dining establishments as well as lots of fun A short 3-mile drive into this artistic setting for the Disney movie Wild Hogs

The Mine Shaft Tavern
This traditional Old West Saloon features the longest bar in New Mexico. Used in the movie Wild Hogs, the Mine Shaft has become a famous stop for weekend warriors, motorcycle enthusiasts and tourists alike to explore life as an Easy Rider, if only for an hour or two. The menu ranges from Burgers to Salads, and all the native New Mexico fare in between.

The Hollar
Traditional Southern Cordon Bleu dining at it’s best. We suggest the pulled pork with a side of fried okra or the seared Ahi tuna and a pitcher of Santa Fe Pale Ale, brewed locally.

Java Junction
Fresh gourmet coffee, lattes, and espresso drinks, pastries and all the local color of this artistically vibrant town.

Mama Lisa’s
Lot’s of fantastic pastas, casseroles and fresh daily specials.

An interesting throw-back to the old-style General Store. They stock just about any convenience item you may need and also offer fresh baked cookies and other goodies.

Santa Fe Dining

The San Marcos Feed Store
For a late breakfast, brunch or lunch, this delightful country store offers daily specials and old New Mexican favorites. We suggest the “Feed Store Burrito” to fill you up for a full day of New Mexico wandering.

The Plaza Café South
One of our favorite restaurants in Santa Fe is located just north of Hwy. 25 at Zafarano Road. They have a full bar, a fantastic ½ price happy hour on cocktails and appetizers (3-7 p.m.) and the best service in Santa Fe. The owners are family members of the famous Plaza Café in downtown Santa Fe.

Osaka
Sushi and an exciting teppanyaki grill (think Benihana’s).

Sunflower Market
A great alternative to Whole Foods located nearby. All the good food and alternative choices you may want.

El Parasol
If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat on your way to Santa Fe, you can grab a delicious chicken guacamole taco or burrito on the go. They also have traditional New Mexican in a nice sit down café. It’s an easy and quick stop on your way into Santa Fe.

Santa Fe Brewing Company
Known for their fantastic local brews and fun atmosphere. Mostly fried bar foods, and they have tasty sweet potato fries. You can buy 6-packs and Growlers to take home too.
